Salesforce Einstein adds machine & deep learning, predictive analytics and natural language processing to the Customer Success Platform

There are also numerous improvements to Marketing Cloud, App Cloud, Analytics Cloud, Community Cloud and Health Cloud.
All in all, this is a massive release for the cloud software vendor. It runs an online repository for customer ideas & feature requests called IdeaExchange.
