NetSuite & Paycorp team to provide better payment processing solutions for merchants
FYI, this story is more than a year old
Paycorp is coming on board NetSuite's SuitePayment program, which means New Zealand and Australian B2B and B2C merchants now have more payment processing solutions.
Paycorp will bring its 'Built for NetSuite' solutions to the NetSuite SuiteCommerce platform and the SuiteCommerce InStore platforms, which means retail and wholesale distributioncustomers can now deliver omnichannel payment processing through a single payment solution.
“Today’s consumers demand a seamless, unified shopping experience. They expect the ability to shop, pay and receive merchandise no matter where they are or when they are shopping. To respond to this, retailers need to move beyond the disconnected, standalone systems of the past and achieve a holistic view of the customer, orders and the business – and the only way to do this is through cloud technology," says David Bray, sales director, Retail ANZ, NetSuite.
NetSuite says this will improve efficiency and minimise payment data reconciliation while providing consumers a great shopping experience.
Paycorp's ability to act as an online Payments Solutions Provider (PSP), organisations can become PCI compliant and achieve receivables efficiency. For the first time, it will be able to support payments for New Zealand and Australian SuiteCommerce InStore customers.
"The partnership with Paycorp is a strategic move in enabling a seamless and integrated experience for both the retailer and their customers. We selected Paycorp for its proven industry experience and trusted expertise in payment processing," Bray continues.
The InStore system brings together mobile-first point-of-sale solutions across a customer's online and in-store journey.
In addition, Paycorp's cloud Card Present terminal solution will allow retailers to process in-store transactions through an integrated NetSuite service, removing transaction amounts, manual POS reconsiliations or in-store POS software.
SuitePayments will allow partners to built payment solutions through NetSuite's omnichannel commerce product portfolio and the company says that merchants can enable credit card payments, complex alternative payments, fraud solutions and conduct EMV card-present solutions globally.
Businesses will also benefit from the plug and play integration through the SuitePayments plugin, less manual labour and improved data, a single source of truth for inventory and order management and Paycorp's merchant-agnostic services so merchants can use their preferred bank.
“Our partnership with NetSuite aims to enhance the customer experience and engagement both online and in store, across the merchant’s entire retail network. We’re delighted to deliver this critical element to NetSuite’s cloud service, bringing this uniquely integrated payment service to this market that enables retailers to have just one point of integration to manage, no matter the channel - be it online, over the phone, in store or via a mobile app - all the while reducing manual data entry and providing a single source of truth," concludes John Caliguri, Paycorp's managing director.
