Almer, the pioneering provider of Augmented Reality (AR) headsets, has entered into a strategic partnership with TeamViewer, the renowned provider of digital workplace solutions. This partnership introduces a subscription-based hardware and software bundle, including joint marketing activities.

This newly engineered bundle offers the Almer Arc AR headset integrated with TeamViewer's top-tier, device-agnostic, augmented reality (AR) remote assistance solution, xAssist. One of the significant features of this strategic collaboration is the flexible subscription plan which circumvents the issue of steep initial hardware costs. The subscription includes value-added services like easy replacements and free hardware upgrades.

With this innovative solution, businesses, irrespective of their size, can seamlessly integrate AR into their frontline staff's daily tasks, thereby accelerating the digitalisation of deskless workforces. The employees can perform their jobs in a 100% hands-free way and have access to all necessary information. A vital benefit is that remote expert assistance is easily within reach, with information displayed right in their visual field, thanks to TeamViewer's industry-tested Frontline solution on the Almer Arc.
